After splintering the compact to smithereens, the US now is trying to get all the players to cooperate. Is that your take on what's happening in Iraq?

I don't know what "splintering a compact" means, Sugar Tits.

It means that the glue that bound three disparate groups has been undone, neo elroy.

It seems the US role in Iraq today is could be described as even handed peace maker, trying to help the various factions to get along and prevent those who want power for themselves and not for others from gaining control.

That what I said.....after destroying the compact that held the three groups together, the US is trying to put humpty dumpty back together again. Good luck with that!

I was wondering if that was something the poster supported. He didn't answer, just said I'm from outer space. I guess I can put that in my compact and splinter it.

Or you could go back to your home in outer space.
