Did you actually READ MY POSTS? I said there is no communism or free markets in the real world. Humans resemble zebras and cows more than we resemble tigers and eagles. We are a communal bunch and stick together whenever possible. Human nature IS the status quo. Exactly how many people out there are creators of anything new in their entire lives? Most people live in vinyl suburbs, drive the car of the moment, think as the CW tells them to and try to not stand out so as not to be punched down. It's a John Wayne and Marlboro Man myth you're thinking about, not the real US of A. Most people are not entrepreneurs or inventors or artists. Most people do not desire change and, instead, fear it. Change is made at the margins and the vast majority of people are frightened to death of the margins. The REALITY of life on earth is that 'capitalism' easily and quickly leads to oligopoly or monopoly since they are in the best interests of the owners. Why putz around with competition or concern for labor or anything else unless required to by someone bigger and scarier? The REALITY of life is that capital of all kinds is like a snowball rolling downhill, it gets bigger and bigger and bigger until it crushes everything else. This is why the history of the world has been that of kings and dictators and aristocrats. Equality and democracy and a progressive society are hard BECAUSE they are unnatural.
