Well no one is firing rockets into my neighborhood, so its not a problem for me.

If someone were firing rockets into my neighborhood, I would probably go to a neighborhood where people didn't fire rockets at me, if I had the opportunity.

As for what Israel should do to remove the Hez's military capability, I have no idea. I don't claim to have knowledge of the militias in Southern Lebanon, and I don't claim to have knowledge of what it takes to disarm a hostile militia.

At the end of the day the big question is what Israel should do to persuade its neighbors to accept it.
