It's "Semco Distribution, Inc." in the 10-K. SEMCO Distribution LLC in the 10-K looks like an error at face value. 10-K Filed On 5/4/06 47th "Page" of 48 NOTE 11: SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On January 15, 2006 the Company purchased the controlling shares of Semco Distribution, Inc. a Nevada corporation and Ultimate Surface LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. ... Until PLNI sorts out their filings/records/name changes etc, perhaps in the next audited 10-K filing, it's not going to be clear what transpired with the Semco 'variants'. NV records don't permit access to Actions\Amendments but there was an old "SEMCO DISTRIBUTION, INC." connection with a FL company - esos.state.nv.us.
