Yep, Paulson has gravitas (unlike him immediate predecessor), but --- as with ALL Treasury Secretaries --- it helps to read a little between the lines, as with a Fed. Chairman's statements.

(That blurb about support for a 'strong dollar', for example, is *required boilerplate*... not to be taken particularly seriously.)
