Liar. Clinton gave us true surpluses. 225 billion his final year. And three years in a row plus projected for as far as the eye could see.

If you want accounting tricks, look at the fact Bush never puts the costs of the war in his budgets. And that he doesn't count the millions and millions of Americans who've given up trying to find jobs in his unemployment numbers. We never had those problems during the Clinton years. Clinton created 22 million new jobs. Bush has barely kept up with population growth and wages and benfits are flat since 2001. In fact benefits are down and health care costs are up 65%.
