Hi Loantech!

I read a report on GPR this week that stated most of the feedstock that they will be sending through that mine is averaging only 180 g/t silver and a couple grams gold. I am not convinced they will be able to make money at that rate. And I think they are perhaps overly optomistic to think that they will be able to achieve 1200 tpd by the end of the year, because I think the state of the equipment they are running is in question. A couple of key components that may fail could put the whole project in delay. So for those reasons I am less bullish on GPR. The company will do okay, but it is trading at a higher market cap right now due to some high profile support it has gotten from the analyst community, and any setbacks could see the stock punished hard. There are better deals in Mexico for production growth, IMHO.

cheers!
