Good post Hawkmoon. I think we are past the stage of making arguments supporting Israel's legitimacy. to me , it is without question. If arabs insist on bringing war to the region and to the world, then war it will be. Maybe we will see some more displays of "the mother of all wars" Arabs cant fight, they are blustery and full of courage until the bombs and bullets start raining down. then, even the most fanatical muslim will slither down a hole and shake and shiver from fear. and their days will be numbered.

You know, Hawk, you raise an excellent point about the Nazis and the Muslims. I had never realized the connection between the 2 groups before. Now, the comments by Iran against Israel and the Holocaust don't seem so completely insane. Thanks for another good history lesson. One thing is for sure, all Western attitudes about WW1 and WW2 need serious revision to incorporate the Muslim influences. Everything in US political science and European international systems talks about the bilateral conflicts between the Allies and the Axis. We end up blaming ourselves at the end of WW1 and WW2. I think we need to dig a lot deeper and shift more of the blame to the Muslims. Make them accept more of the responsibility for the creation of Israel.
