That is why moral societies have the rule of law. If someone is suspected of something, you get evidence and convict them. Throwing someone in indefinite detention without even having to state a charge is a recipe for tyranny. I thought this country stood for the rule of law. But it seems this current administration stands for the law only when it is convenient to them.
