Bush recently laid off half the IRS lawyers whose job it was to enforce the estate tax. They now only have a handful left, and they are completely swamped. So great time to cheat on your taxes if you are very rich. That's proof of huge criminal misconduct in this administration, for the very rich, by the very rich. And Bushies lie through their noses when they say the estate taxes hurt small business and family farms. It's all about the 1% richest people, and always has been. What Bushies want is a wall around their wealth. A permanent upperclass against everyone else. The real class warfare is right there, waged against the middleclas, the poor and the public wealth.
