Is there a persian WW2 connection with the nazis?

Absolutely!! The Shah of Iran's father (and perhaps he as well) had definite Nazi sympathies during WWII. And as one of those links mentioned, Hitler actually deployed Skorzeny and some of his commandoes into Iran to train guerillas and sabotage British facilities (Operation Francois)

But recall that Iran was occupied by the British during WWII and the country served as a major resupply conduit for Lend-Lease materials being shipped to the USSR.

So I'm not too sure whether it would constitute that they held to Nazi ideology. The Shah apparently developed good relations with the Israelis and was their primary source of oil (which is why when Nasser blockaded the Straits of Tirat in 1967, it was effectively an oil blockade that aimed at denying Israel its source of oil via the port of Eilat).

Of course, the Iranian revolution drastically altered those relationships.
