Bushie energy companies are all a cartel now. The leader is Exon plus the Saudis and Chevron. Those three are very close to the Bush family and to Cheney. Halliburton and Cheney's grip on the Iraqi oil ministry is another big part.

According to the Texas oil executive I spoke to about six months ago, since Bush-Cheney came into power "we can charge anything we want". This guy didn't know I was a democrat and boasted about that to me. He was telling the truth. Of course these guys don't leave a lot of smoking gun evidence sitting around, it's just common sense obvious.
