Well, then, you neglected to give the local community it's 100 billion. There's nothing in your give-away that helps Hezobollah's community unless you expect that the salaries of the peacekeepers will trickle down to them.

First of all, giving away $700 billion is relatively cheap as compare to the estimate of $1 trillion the war in Iraq is going to cost us when you factor in all the war dead and health care of injured US military. We don't know what we will get after spending $1 trillion dollars in Iraq.

There is a chance that spending $700 billion dollars in the ME (a ME Marshall Plan) can yield solid results.

Hezbollah as I understand the organization is an informal military. Try organizing an informal group of people in your local community to improve your neighborhood.

I don't think they have an easy time getting organized and getting things done.

If they do get organized, then we can talk. They can then get their $100 billion.
