Drunk people, boasting when profits are good. God that so unheard of. It must be evidence of a sinister conspiracy...

nor that I wouldn't slyly get one of them to confess something I'd been suspecting all along.

Unless they said more than you have posted to me, they didn't make any confession.

I also found it fascinating to meet two US Colonels back from Iraq...

You can't seem to stay on topic. If Haliburtun provides a lot of services in Iraq, or even if it overcharges for those services, it has little or no connection with the allegation that the price of oil and gasoline is determined by price fixing involving Exxon Mobil and George Bush.
