Again...prices higher so the give a bit more...hey, I'm not saying there is not a slowdown...given. But admit prices are still rising.

If you didn't know, homebuilders have been giving away the down payment for years.

Oops... new high on existing home prices which is 80% of the market.

Homies are living off of their backlogs right now. Once that is gone they are toast.
