BTW...I like your NVR post. Very unusual case giving the history of LEN, PHM, RYL and the rest.

Could be... but not now... in the last couple of weeks weekly technicals say bottom. Call it a dead cat bounce if you want, but the 25 week rsi is still so shallow to the up years I bet you see higher in the future.
