21 reasons to bank on the Phoenix real estate market . . .

Well Phoenix is apparently going to have to compete with my hometown in Washington State for all those people mentioned in the article. According to planners here, and printed in last weeks paper, the population in a small town not far from Olympia is expected to double in 5 to 6 years! Yikes!

I could make a list of reason why not to live in Phoenix too.

1. At the rate the population is increasing, they won't be able to afford their water (that is if there even is any) in 20 years.

2. At the rate the population is increasing, they won't be able to afford their water (that is if there even is any) in 20 years.

3. At the rate the population is increasing, they won't be able to afford their water (that is if there even is any) in 20 years.

4. Thanks to global warming, Phoenix will probably be 130+ degrees from mid-June to mid-July.

5. Year round golf -- sure -- if your idea of a golf course is one gigantic sand trap.

And so on.
