I did have Norton etc

When I tried configuring with my programs, and I could not, thas when I asked. Many times I got Indians who had trouble with English
I was asked THREE times the very same question, 1 after the other, within seconds:At this point in time what is your problem? then again. AND again. I asked iof they had trouble with English. Then I asked if they had hearing trouble.
I had set up the puter from 8AM to midnite the 1st night. The second day was 8-2 THEN when they said it was Fido I gave up. I really cant say it was a situation that As in any consumer market I guess you have some that are pleased and some that aren't.

BTW, when they asked me to do the extended warranty, and I told them I had retd it, THEN they saw I had, but when I asked for the money, they STILL said it was gonna come. When I asked how much they told me 50 less than I paid. Instead of working my way thru the phone maze, I simply told the credit card co and they gave me the credit.

I even had trouble getting them to pick it up. They kept promising me that day they wud come. Finally DHL picked it up. 5 days laqter UPS came to pick it up. The great thing with DSL, is that they emailed me the actual copy of the doc which was signed. I sent that to credit card co to prove they got it.

So, I WAS protected against virus, altho I cant really see how Fido Active Trader Pro wud give me one.. and it neva happend since having my Gateway

Dell is all smoke as far as Im concerned. AND I dont hesitate in telling of my experience with them
