Perhaps Lebanon is allowing it because they have allowed Hezbollah to be part of their government.... If anyone does understand why the Lebanese did this, I'd be interested in the explanation....

Why the army would allow this is beyond my understanding if Lebanon is truly separate from Hezbollah. jdn
