Derek Ortt, a graduate student who has done a very good job forecasting storms the past two seasons, thinks it will hit the keys at 92 mph.

The big question is what happens after that, does it head for mexico or houston or new orleans or maybe the fl panhandle?

Storms intensified very fast in the gulf last year.
