I fear that many of our nation's most talented folks will AVOID the National Guard as long as the NeoCONS are running this country...It's clear the National Guard is NOT being used as it was designed...The troops are beings stretched to the breaking point in Iraq and families are being ripped apart...Post traumatic stress syndrome is at record levels...I hope Bush and Cheney sleep well at night.
