This is one of the fatal hypocritical flaws in Islam. You speak against Islam in any of these arab/persian countries and you might as well hang a sign saying "kidnap torture and kill my family and I" around your neck. This is one of the reasons that I consider Islam to be a dead religion. It's incapable of change thanks to the power grabbing (and misering) of the leading clerics. Any criticism of Islam, no matter how small, is met with chants of "heretic" and public condemnation usually followed by a first class mobbing. No religion can be healthy under these conditions. You apply the same to Judaism too.
