If they listen to such propaganda outlets then they will always be listening to something that whips them up. This statement would at worst be a marginal additional negative. They already know Israel is attacking, and then know that the US arms Israel. Bush at least gives justification for that. They may not buy the justification, but the justification isn't going to make people more anti-American than the action itself if they think its unjustified.
