I might even agree with you a little bit queen, except:

1) Brinker PROMISED to give guidance until he ended the trade and DIDN'T.

2) Brinker NEVER closed the trade.

3) Brinker issued a new Nasdaq Index buy price in the mid-$20 range and now "pretends" that this is his ONLY buy.

4) Brinker seems to be doing his best to cover up the "Act Immediately" bulletin and his subsequent "countertrend rally" predictions in 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 Marketimers. I contend that he simply wants it all to go away, so he makes it impossible for new subscribers to find out about it--except on the internet which he fortunately cannot control.

5) Now he is trying to make it appear that he actually made money on the Nasdaq Index.
.
Here's the proof:

Bob Brinker's "Moneytalk" July, 16, 2006:

Caller:

"And just one last question. As far as people who have held on to Q’s for about five years, is there a possibility of a sell signal for that at sometime?"

Bob Brinker:

"Well we did reduced our exposure to the Nasdaq 100 in the newsletter. We did it in the April edition. We did a very substantial reduction to our Nasdaq 100 holdings in the April edition. The effective date was April 11th. The closing price on the Q’s on that date was right around $42 a share."

Caller:

"Well, okay and…"

Bob Brinker:

"The reason we did it at that time, is because we thought it from a timing standpoint it was a good opportunity to do it. So that was the rational behind the reduction that was made in the newsletter in the April edition. Thanks for the call. 1-800-xxx-xxxx. Jim’s with us in Washington...."

Who would deliberately give continuing mistaken advice to his subscribers, those who had bought and paid for his service?

Queen Leah, that question gets "The Softball of the Year Award."

The correct answer (of course) is "a person who has not developed a backbone enough to take SOME responsibility for his own actions."

Saying "We were wrong" and apologizing are two entirely different things. The guy without a backbone did the former but not the latter.
