Good that this has been completed. This unsecured, non-interest bearing loan to Roxmark from a major shareholder and founder needed to be put into a formal interest bearing loan form to meet requirements for TSX listing. A formal plan for debt repayment has now been established and satisfied. Surface stripping prior to the bulk sample mining is in process.

It is some hard to get personal cash out of companies without going on a share selling binge or taking large consulting fees out of development funds. It is not easily recoverable. If the public sees insiders selling shares for lunch money, it tends to lose faith. But execs and founders have to eat too, and they should be able to recover capital. SE is retired now, or semi retired. He spent the last 25 years that I know of advancing the company with work and cash. He did not take much out except a geo salary. Dave sunk a few shekels into it as well. It remains sunk for a while no doubt. Rox should be at some stage of the moly bulk sample. Some pictures of that ore are on my website somewhere. They need about 4 million for the underground program. Ramp into the main orebody will be about 2 million alone. Mill is in good order and permits I understand are in hand. Ontario's first moly mine in 100 years.
