I understand the welfare system well. Welfare system for refugees from Vietnam, Afghanistan etc. and the welfare system for those born here. The refugees get two incomes; one the welfare check along with food stamps and the other income from doing a day job and getting paid under the table. Those born here just wait for their checks to roll in. The illegal immigrant on the other hand cannot dig into the welfare pot so they just work and get paid under the table After what I have said above, would you blame the welfare system?
