didn't canadian companies invest deeply into hotels and resorts about ten years ago in cuba and they recently in the last two years got the rug pulled out from under them.

Problem is everyone who tries to invest there ends up getting screwed.

Same same for investing in Mexico. You have to be big enough to have our Government help you, and take in and/or pay off Mexican partners.
