A quick check shows that Leo Wanta is likely a front man, instead of a principle like Soros or Buffet, or some one like James Brady of the US treasury who set up "Brady bonds" for third world debt. He is apparantely the Swiss ambassador to Somolia ? a real garden spot... I expect the amounts are off a factor of 1000, likely due to UK/US defintions of Billion and Trillion. US Billion 10 9 UK Billion 10 12 US Trillion 10 12 Now if a UK source picks up US info without converting, then a US report may take the UK Billion as 10 12 , which is then US one Trillion....
