Hizbullah has no authority to negotiate for a cease-fire with Israel. That is the perogative of Lebanon, who, as part of that condition, will be obligated to disarm its unruly and violent militia, Hizbullah.

Thus, Hizbullah agreeing to a cease-fire, or not, is irrelevant. Refusing to abide by the Lebanese government call for a cease-fire will (should) bring about a call from its government to invite the UN to send forces that will assist it in maintaining that cease-fire.
