It's time to consider that the idea of carving out Israel from Palestine didn't work. The Israeli's score very low on the "Plays well with others" category. Since the current manefestation is largely the U.S. undertaking then it is the U.S. responsibility to remedy the mistake. In Utah the Israelis could bring all their expertise on drip irrigation and the like, and leave the Palestinians alone. TP
