uh-oh "Texas Republicans Lose Appeal A federal appeals court refused to let Texas Republicans replace former Rep. Tom DeLay (R) on the November congressional ballot, the AP reports. Hotline On Call explains: "The court held that, at the time DeLay was taken off the candidate slate, there was no firm evidence he had moved to Virginia and no conclusive evidence that he intended to live in VA on Election Day."

Time to apologize for being so wrong and dishonest. The evidence and results are out. You were wrong and dishonest all along, weren't you? The entire Bushie rightwing needs to get down on its knees and start begging for forgiveness for selling out their country, decimating our military, polluting our environment, gouging consumers, smearing our war heros and stealing elections. Also, the entire Bushie leadership needs to step down. In most western counties that would be mandatory now as two thirds of the country oppose them and Bushies have no mandate to do anything. They are acting now against the will of the voters and American people, and We The People are boss, not a bunch of corrupt rightwing politicians.
