Hillary is playing to the voters. She has seen how Liebermans popularity has plummeted because of his support for the administration while people like Russ Feingold have seen theirs soar because of their opposition. If the Iraqi war was popular she would be praising rummy but Feingold would still hold the same positions. Hillary is just a little slower than Kerry when it comes to seeing which way the political wind is blowing before committing to a position.
