It's all about playing the hand that you are dealt I would guess and figuring it all out like a jigsaw puzzle or your women's mood swings. How many long time RE investors down here in FL actually believe this mania has legs and come up with every reason in the book why this is just a pause before it resumes it's upward ascent. The flip side of everything we talk about constantly here..

shorted more LEND, LEN, DSL, and KBH on this morning's ramp. My position isn't what it was last fall, but it's the biggest it's been since I covered everything in June.
