Well, NATO troops have performed rather well in Afghanistan.

And once the initial buffer zone is cleared, it will effectively be an infantry and helicopter war aimed at preventing re-entry of Hizbullah forces into the buffer zone.

Now, of course, they may elect to launch rockets at the UN forces, but that will provoke a major response, I would imagine.

And the Lebanese Army will likely be employed to a large extent since they obviously have less problem cooperating with UN forces than they would with Israeli.

But we'll have to see how it all plays out in coming days/weeks.
