An amount of $7.5 trillion in someone's bank account is a preposterous concept.

The annual GDP of the United States is only $11.75 trillion.

ExxonMobil and GE, the largest companies in the U.S. are each worth less than $0.4 trillion.

I will propose 4 reasons for the Wanta stuff -

1) Self promotion by Wanta and others, some WAYO scam

2) Web sites trying to get traffic or customers for "special reports"

3) As a form of chum - chumming is what fishermen do - throw finely cut up bait into the water to start the fish biting. A little later, the baited hooks come out.

4) Chaff - the aluminum strips thrown out of airplanes ot confuse radar with false targets. So maybe some simmilar deal is occuring, the principals want to hide their hand, and now anyone monitoring the sutuation now has to shift through 100s of false messages and bad leads cause by people trying this scam or it variations.
