"Tell me where the victims are."

Well, that information is classified, isn't it? But even if that isn't the case, why does this justify illegal actions? "Oh, it is ok, no one got hurt" wouldn't work as a defense for anyone else...

re: It is impossible for anyone to name any innocent who'd been harmed by some alleged unconstitutional action by the Bush administration involving wire-tapping, foreign fund flow monitoring, anything under the Patriot Act, etc.

Does it have to be US citizens? If not, I can be explicit.

What do you think? If they have the discretion to break the law to their own benefit, do you think they will? Do you believe in the rule of law? What if, God forbid, a Dem gets elected? Could he break the law with impunity?

Have you thought this through?

Tell me where the victims are.

In secret CIA torture rooms.

Like victim Maher Arar of Canada who was grabbed by Bush's team and sent to be tortured in Syria...

or victim Khaled al-Masri of Germany who was grabbed directly by the CIA and tortured (they later apologiezed).

I'm getting tired of this

Tell me when your tired of being ignorant.
