1 chip is an inventory so unless you specify the size the statement does not mean much.

One thing I do remember from Intel's CC was the statement that Intel is building inventory of NGA ahead of launch, or words to that effect.

That statement is kind of contradicted by their other statement(s) that they'd only be shipping ~1M C2D's in the Q3 timeframe...

...and that brings us back to credibility, I guess.
