Yes, we probably heard the same story and it was a brief one. And I was listening and reading at the same time..lol. However, I was left with the impression that the charges went beyond signing statements.

I, too, wondered how exactly the ABA would or could pursue the charges.

Actually I would almost rather Bush not be reined in. Let him continue shredding the Rep. party and maybe the sane moderates of both parties will prevail.
