Funny, I liquidated all micro and small US stock positions today. That includes all my favorites from here and other boards..some that I've held for 1-2 years. Went to gold, an inverse Nasdaq fund, and cash. Mostly cash. Plus foreign stock funds, and foreign income and real estate funds. Just going to step aside for a few months - too speculative right now for me. Looking for a possible cycle low in October/November? This is the 4 year Presidential cycle, and I believe there is a 40 week cycle low also around that time. I plan to play less for now with small stocks, more with indexes, at least for now. >> Something strange is going on in the big caps, and I can't get a grip on it. The market is moving in an odd way. Maybe we get a decent move up, or a nasty move down? I guess the FED meeting will (maybe) make the fog part? But then we have the geopolitical problems, which seem to be getting worse, on the flipside of any FED decision. Makes me queasy...
