This shows two things. The hate left has power and the country is full of idiots. What about the religious right who, think the earth was created 6000 years ago, and it will all end with a war in the ME. Thats was I call scary. Talk about idiots!

Jesus Christ was a progressive as were our founding fathers and mothers. By definition, only progressives create a better world. The rightwing, kicking and screaming, gets pulled along and benefits from everyone else's hard work. These days of course, all you guys are doing is trying to steal from those who do the hard work. Typical.

But Bearcat, I am not a leftist. How many times do I have to say that? Pat Buchanan's new magazine, The American Conservative, pretty much reflects my views on foreign policy i.e., that we should stay out of foreign entanglements, and base our actions on a cold and sober assessment of what is in the interest of the American people. Our support of Israel is more than just immoral, it is stupid. We should let those people fight it out, and do whatever they want to each other, but on their own dime. My suspicion is that our withdrawal would lead to some kind of settlement, but who knows. It's not our problem.
