It's an idiotic analogy. America is still in Japan and Germany. The rebuilding went on for decades. America in Germany was the deterrent against the Soviets. America is a deterrent against the islamo fascist terrorists.

America is doing was America does best. We are rebuilding, teaching and training.

The answer is the War in Iraq was over in two weeks or so. teddy is too dumb or too drunk to know.
