It's a 1.5% yield MQ is happy with it (though I think irrationally).

A cease-fire now would establish it as the only credible fighting force against Israel in the region and reposition it politically.

There is nothing else Hezbollah can achieve with further fighting. Therefore a cease-fire offer makes perfect sense.

Also, a cease-fire offer coming from Hezbollah is a signal to the "international community" to increase pressure on Israel to stop fighting. And if they don't, they'll look "bad".

Stratfor, imo, is generally a pretty thoughtful outfit. Sometimes they may get carried away, but they are still much better than most - who often chatter without even trying to gain real insight.
