I am buying them all. All are very cheap and debt is minimal. H at 7x ebitda with minimal cap ex requirements is the best business imo, a Buffett kind of business actually. All could be targeted by private equity investors in the next year. All have been dumped as investors move around, trying to find the ones they want to stay with. CD is interesting to watch. It turned into a kind of orphan stock when it went to $2.30 from $15, getting booted from the index in the process. In two weeks it will reverse split 1-10 and change its name, and its symbol to CARS. Cars has no unsecured debt. It sells for $2.3b and has ebitda of ~ $420m for 07. Cap-ex around $90m.
