It might seem that way to you but then one only has to look at the GOP response to New Orleans after Katrina. Teddy, Fema was incompetent LONG before Katrina. Huh? Where do you live? FEMA did a great job in LA in 1994. Ask any CAer. We got the benefit og their earthquake expertise. Tha Salvation Army did better, ferschrissakes! Are you just out of it, or do you work it? The recovery in LA was nothing short of miraculous. And when compared to New Orleans, its a complete and total embarrassment to the Bush administration. But you go ahead and keep making excuses for the Bushies.......come November, they will need all the support you can provide.
