Tammy Phillips was GW's Houston stripper mistress. She is a real person. She was going to the tabloids, but got stopped along the way by the Bush family. She was either paid off or threatened or both. She disappeared from view. This follows a similar pattern as with the author of the book "Fortunate Son" which was was to come out detailing GW Bush's cocain arrest in 1972 (which would explain why he went AWOl from the Guard for 8 months). That author's book was blocked by the Bush family. Six months later he was found dead. Apparent. Similar tale by Larry Flynt's people when they found a woman GW had knocked up in the 70's who got an abortion. She had agreed to talk, then was silenced.
