So you are saying that EVERY OTHER COUNTRY (including your poodle buddy Britain) who signed the Kyoto treaty are wrong

It's not a matter of being "right or wrong". They obviously were able to generate the necessary political support (or their political system of government permitted) their signing that treaty and making it the "law of the land".

But that's not how we do things in the US. The President CANNOT force the country to abide by a treaty that is NOT RATIFIED by Congress.

If you don't like it, then move..
