It would have to respond proportionately to any attacks against it and act like a civilized country. That is so absurd...... I presume Israel should start training teenage suicide bombers. Talk about civilized... wait a minute........ you are unable to talk about being civilized with this type of crap.

If i accept your solution, will you guarantee me that the military wing of hamas, hizbollah, islamic jihad and any others be disbanded and Rejectionsim will become a forbidden ideology in the new Palestine. Will you guarantes that there will be no more terror. Will you guarantee that all Arab states will be a party to this and immediately sign peace treaties with israel and recognize israel. If you could guarantee this i would be inclined to take your deal and resettle the settlers within green line borders. I just dont think you can get even close to the minimal guaranteses i am asking for.
