These terrible rockets of theirs have only killed 1/20th of the cilivians that the Israeli army has killed using latest technology, precision-guided weapons. And if Israel has such great bomb shelters, why the great worry for them of Hezbollah, worth invading and destroying a country over?

I find it difficult to digest your minimalist interpretation of the rockets and the terror they instill. As for the reference to Hitler, think back to the V1 and V2. They were quite ineffective with reference to killing power but took a heavy toll on the moral of the brave folks in England.

Isreal is doing her best to minimalize the civilian casualties. When you are dealing with monsters that use human shields you should recheck your alliance. Herding buildings with woman and children then placeing artillery on the roof of said buildings so that Israel will bomb said buildings is an effective way to get the easily impressed to call afoul.
