Since Hizbollah is a terrorist society, all of it's members are civilians. Therefore they are simply Muslim Murderers, that is why no one talks of charging Nasrallah with War Crimes, he is simply guilty of crimes against Humanity. At the same time, Israel can't be charged with a War Crime, because they are not at war. This is a police action to help the UN enforce it shoddy little edicts, since Lebanon didn't bother. Nasrallah and his cronies are no different than Al Capone, except Al Capone had a sense of humour.
