Ah, thanks.

I'm not into conspiracy theories. The one comment I have on that, is Bush & Co. played into the hands of such by being so secretive on the investigations. If you are secretive, what are you hiding?? In this case, the worst that can be said is incompetence is being hidden. If you want to consider stupidity = guilt, well perhaps there was a conspiracy.
